Experts at NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information monitor, assess and provide access to the climate and weather extremes that impact us everyday. North Carolina State University conducts research at NOAA's Cooperative Institute for Climate and Satellites. The University of North Carolina graduates students in Climate Change and Society who advance visual geographic tools for decision makers with the National Environmental Modelling and Analysis Center.
